I am taking medication, can I combine this with a COVID-19 vaccine?

YES

In principle, the combination of a COVID-19 vaccine with other (daily) medication will not create any problems. It is possible that people taking immunosuppressants (medication that suppresses the immune system) may experience reduced efficacy of a COVID-19 vaccine but no problems are expected. If you suspect that you are experiencing side effects after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, you can report this to the Poison Centre on our free number 070/245.245 or directly to the FAMHP (Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products) via this link.
