Intoxication par les antagonistes de la vitamine K (raticides à base d’anticoagulants)

Bij intoxicatie met geneesmiddelen en rattengif op basis van anticoagulantia wordt phytomenadion toegediend.

Phytoménadione ou vitamine K1 (Konakion®)

Posologie

  • Dose adulte: 10 – 20 mg po ou IV.

  • Dose enfant: 0,3 mg/kg.

Eviter l’injection IV si elle n’est pas indispensable (flush, hypotension, vertiges).
