Notification of biocides

In Belgium, any biocide must be approved by the Federal Public Service Health, Food Chain Safety and the Environment, prior to its commercialization.

Once your product has received its marketing authorisation in Belgium, you have to declare it to the Poison Centre

Depending on the case, an authorisation request OR a notification request needs to be submitted For more details please contact:

Your declaration includes:

For each mixture declared many documents: SDS, composition, label. All documents should preferably be provided in PDF format.
